Ltd. (TSMC) tomou a decis\u00e3o de construir uma f\u00e1brica de chips na regi\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com um relat\u00f3rio do Nikkei, o investimento total nestes projetos representa cerca de 32 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares. A TSMC \u00e9 a maior investidora, com 20 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares planeados para duas f\u00e1bricas, com o apoio dos fornecedores japoneses Toyota, Denso, Sony Semiconductor Solutions e subs\u00eddios do governo japon\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou seja, dos mais de 100 projetos de investimento relacionados com chips em Kyushu, de 2021 a junho de 2024, cerca de 52 est\u00e3o centralizados na Prefeitura de Kumamoto. A Prefeitura de Fukuoka segue com 15 projetos. As duas f\u00e1bricas da TSMC em Kumamoto respondem por mais de 60% do investimento total naquele setor, de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry de Kyushu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atrair investimento <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme relatado anteriormente, a joint venture Japan Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing (JASM) da TSMC constr\u00f3i f\u00e1bricas no Jap\u00e3o. Esta iniciativa encorajou in\u00fameras novas empresas a estabelecerem-se na regi\u00e3o. Essas empresas tamb\u00e9m fizeram investimentos correspondentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso deu in\u00edcio a uma onda de financiamento na regi\u00e3o. A Sony est\u00e1 a construir uma nova f\u00e1brica de sensores de imagem em Koshi, Prefeitura de Kumamoto. Enquanto isso,\u00a0no final do ano passado, a Rohm anunciou que construiria uma f\u00e1brica de carboneto de sil\u00edcio em Kunitomi, Prefeitura de Miyazaki, a sua primeira no pa\u00eds. No entanto, a Rohm est\u00e1 a investir 1,9 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares na nova f\u00e1brica. A Sumco, uma grande fabricante de wafers de sil\u00edcio, investir\u00e1 mais de 2,5 mil milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em Kyushu para expandir a capacidade da f\u00e1brica existente e construir uma nova f\u00e1brica em Yoshinogari, Prefeitura de Saga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A empresa de pesquisa de mercado Trendforce chamou Kyushu, ou \u201cilha de sil\u00edcio\u201d, de um dos tr\u00eas hotspots de chips no Jap\u00e3o. Esta designa\u00e7\u00e3o deve-se \u00e0 planta da TSMC e ao \u00edmpeto que ela causou na regi\u00e3o.
