A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma temperatura operacional ideal, geralmente entre <strong>20 \u00b0C e 35 \u00b0C<\/strong>, \u00e9 fundamental.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desvios significativos, particularmente o sobreaquecimento, levam \u00e0 degrada\u00e7\u00e3o acelerada, perda de capacidade e risco de <em>thermal runaway<\/em>. Para mitigar estes riscos, a ind\u00fastria emprega primariamente duas estrat\u00e9gias ativas de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o: a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do circuito <strong>HVAC<\/strong>&nbsp;e a <strong>circula\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida<\/strong>.(pr\u00f3x.&nbsp;Artigo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o Integrada via HVAC (Ar\/Refrigerante)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema de Ar Condicionado (<em>Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning<\/em>) nos VEs modernos transcendeu a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o original de conforto da cabine, integrando-se diretamente no BTM para fornecer arrefecimento moderado ao <em>pack<\/em>&nbsp;de baterias. Esta estrat\u00e9gia baseia-se no princ\u00edpio de <strong>reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes<\/strong>, aproveitando a infraestrutura existente de compressor, condensador e evaporador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.1. Arquitetura e Limita\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta abordagem, o ar frio ou, em configura\u00e7\u00f5es mais avan\u00e7adas, o pr\u00f3prio fluido refrigerante (tipicamente <strong>R-134a<\/strong>&nbsp;ou <strong>R-1234yf<\/strong>) \u00e9 direcionado atrav\u00e9s de <em>ducts<\/em>&nbsp;ou <strong>placas frias (<em>cool plates<\/em>)<\/strong>&nbsp;em contacto indireto ou direto (refrigerante) com o <em>pack<\/em>&nbsp;de baterias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vantagem Econ\u00f3mica:<\/strong>\u00a0O principal benef\u00edcio \u00e9 o <strong>custo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o relativamente baixo<\/strong>, uma vez que aproveita a infraestrutura de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 instalada no ve\u00edculo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Efici\u00eancia Moderada:<\/strong>\u00a0A <strong>efici\u00eancia volum\u00e9trica<\/strong>\u00a0de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 inerentemente inferior \u00e0 dos sistemas l\u00edquidos, limitando o seu uso a VEs de menor capacidade de bateria ou a ve\u00edculos concebidos para ciclos de condu\u00e7\u00e3o menos agressivos (ex: VW e-Golf, Hyundai Ioniq de primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Controle de Fluxo:<\/strong>\u00a0A chave para a efic\u00e1cia reside no uso de <strong>v\u00e1lvulas solenoides e atuadores inteligentes<\/strong>\u00a0que subdividem e direcionam o fluxo do refrigerante entre a cabine e o <em>pack<\/em>\u00a0de baterias.
