De entre as tecnologias de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o, a Placa Fria (Cold Plate) destaca-se como uma abordagem eficiente, especialmente em packs de baterias densos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sistema utiliza placas met\u00e1licas ocas, geralmente fabricadas em alum\u00ednio ou ligas leves, por onde circula um l\u00edquido refrigerante. O calor gerado pelas c\u00e9lulas da bateria \u00e9 transferido diretamente para o fluido, que o dissipa atrav\u00e9s de um circuito fechado, muitas vezes integrado ao sistema de ar-condicionado do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O funcionamento da Placa Fria baseia-se no princ\u00edpio de condu\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica otimizada. As placas s\u00e3o posicionadas em contato direto com as c\u00e9lulas ou m\u00f3dulos da bateria, formando canais internos para o fluxo do refrigerante \u2013 tipicamente uma mistura de \u00e1gua e glicol.
