Utilizando uma arquitetura master-slave com m\u00faltiplas placas eletr\u00f3nicas, o BMS monitoriza individualmente milhares de c\u00e9lulas cil\u00edndricas (2170, 4680 ou LFP). Em 2026, os packs com c\u00e9lulas 4680 estruturais (structural battery pack) j\u00e1 equipam alguns Model Y e o Cybertruck, eliminando m\u00f3dulos tradicionais e transformando a bateria num elemento estrutural do chassis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema mant\u00e9m diferen\u00e7as de tens\u00e3o entre c\u00e9lulas abaixo de 10 mV, um valor preciso onde o controlo da temperatura \u00e9 realizada com a precis\u00e3o de \u00b13 \u00b0C, processando dezenas de milhares de medi\u00e7\u00f5es por segundo. Algoritmos preditivos e controlo ativo de arrefecimento permitem sess\u00f5es de carregamento ultrarr\u00e1pido com m\u00ednima degrada\u00e7\u00e3o. Dados reais de frota em 2025\/2026 mostram que Teslas mant\u00eam, em m\u00e9dia, mais de 75% % de State of Health (SoH) ap\u00f3s 200.000 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O &nbsp;On-Board Charger (OBC) &nbsp;varia conforme o modelo: 11,5 kW (48 A a 240 V) nos Model 3 Long Range, Model Y Performance, Model S, Model X e Cybertruck, permitindo que carregue a bateria em AC completa em 8-12 horas. O Model 3 base fica nos 7,7 kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;No Cybertruck, o OBC suporta carregamento bidirecional (PowerShare ou Vehicle to Grid) at\u00e9 11,5 kW, transformando o ve\u00edculo num gerador m\u00f3vel \u00fatil para ferramentas ou V2H. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o com a rede Supercharger permite picos de 250-350 kW em DC, com o BMS a pr\u00e9-condicionar a bateria para maximizar a velocidade de carregamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sistema de controlo t\u00e9rmico destaca-se pela sofistica\u00e7\u00e3o. Em vez de um \u00fanico circuito, a Tesla emprega m\u00faltiplos loops de l\u00edquido independentes (bateria, motor\/inversor e cabina), geridos por v\u00e1lvulas eletr\u00f3nicas inteligentes (como a Octovalve). Recupera calor residual dos motores e inversores para aquecer a bateria ou o habit\u00e1culo, melhorando a efici\u00eancia em climas frios. Mant\u00e9m a bateria na faixa ideal de 20-45 \u00b0C mesmo em condu\u00e7\u00e3o agressiva ou carregamento r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) e os inversores de pot\u00eancia (com tecnologia SiC em v\u00e1rios modelos) fecham a cadeia. O software de controlo de tra\u00e7\u00e3o ajusta o bin\u00e1rio em milissegundos, otimizando regenera\u00e7\u00e3o, din\u00e2mica e seguran\u00e7a.
